Personality:

Before anything, you need to know that Adern has two separate personalities residing within her. She switches between persona to persona at random, with no control over it. Both can be adddressed as Aderyn still. Both know that there is another sside to them, and both sides don't like hearing about the other side of them. When she believes she is alone, she will often bicker aloud with the other personality inside her, making her appear somewhat crazy to those who don't really know her.

Aderyn's first personality side is like a young pup, playful and excitable. She is very curious and impulsive when she is in this persona, although she doesn't seem to have a mean bone in her body when she's like this. Gentle, kind, and sweet, she seems more like a den mother when she is like this. Aderyn is somewhat of a clutz, and is very oblivious to most things. A trait both her personas share is that they are stubborn to a fault. Ade loves fun though, wanting to play all the time. Seeing others in pain of any kind troubles her, and she'd do her best to cheer them up any way she can. She cares more about the others around her than herself. Her feelings are hurt easily, but she'll bounce right back up if she's knocked down.

When in her second persona, Ader is sassy, mischevious, and somewhat battle-hungry. She still likes fun, but a different kind of fun. Ader finds it fun to mess with other people and play pranks on them, although she is subtle about it. N becomes somewhat arrogant when in this form, believing that no one else in the world can beat her because no one ever has. Something that will most likely not end well someday in the future. She longs for action of any kind in this form, and if she can't find any she makes her own. When she's like this, she won't take anything from anyone without retribution, whether that retribution be right then or later on. Impulsive just like her first persona, she attacks first and asks questions later. She is somewhat lazy when she's like this.

Both personas are cool, calculating, and observative on the inside, although you'd never guess. Unfortunately, they are also forgetful, and if they deem something uninteresting or unimportant they will forget it within minutes.

Aderyn was born in the wilds of Wales, and from the moment she was born her parents knew she was... different. Sometimes she would be yowling and crawling around, talking to the air, and other times she would be lying utterly still, as if in shock. This greatly worried her parent,s who took her to see a wise wolf. Upon seeing the young Aderyn, the wise wolf immediately paled and screamed "GET THAT DEMON OUT OF MY DEN!" Startled and confused by the wolf's outburst, the two parents told their young pup to sit outside the den.

Inside, the wise wolf told them of an ancient tale about a wolf who had their soul split in two. One half embodied the good in their heart, and the other half embodied the bad of the heart. She warned them that allowing their pup to fall into bad habits would doom them all, and that they had to attempt to discipline the darker side. If they could not, they would have to kill their pup. The wise wolf also told them that if she were to be locked up, it would also do them no good, as that would sow seeds of hatred and fear inside her, things that must never exist.

Solemnly, the two wolves took Ade home and set her beside her siblings. As soon as she fell asleep, they conversed long into the night about what they were going to do. What they did not realize was that Ade had realized what was going on, and was listening intently to them, faking sleep. What she learned did not surprise her, as she frequently had conversations with her other, who called her fluff brain. It was from that moment she decided that she was going to try to be as kind to everyone as she could, setting into motion the plan that her parents had already decided on.

As Aderyn grew, her parents tried to raise her as best they could. With her random personality changes, they had a tough time keeping up with her, and one of them had to constantly be watching her when she was in a 'bad' persona to make sure she didn't harm any of her siblings. They dubbed her Ade or Ader and N or A, to differentiate between the personas easier. They also quickly figured out that the two did not like their other being mentioned at all, and threw horrible tantrums when it happened. Eventually they were able to break the tantrum throwing habit, but it was replaced with intense dislike of anyone who mentioned it. With time it wore off though.

One day, while Ader and her family were hunting, a pack of wolves appeared and demanded that the "Demon" be handed over. Confused, her father asked what they were talking about, and was brutally knocked to the ground for it before getting an answer. They were after Ade, for they had heard of her split personalities, and thought that there was a demon living inside of her, which was not an unsupported rumour. Every time Ader had been brought around other wolves as a young pup, N had immediately taken over and gone wild, yowling and biting and clawing at everyone and everything. eventually they had decided to stop visiting other wolves until she had grown older, in which case they slowly introduced one wolf at a time to Ader until she was comfortable being around large groups of wolves.

Screaming for her to run, Ade's mother started dragging her father out of the way of the oposing wolves. Turning tail and sprinting off into the woods, Ade heard the sounds of the wolf pack chasing her, but nothing else. Happy that her family was most likely safe, she weaved in and out of the trees in the forest she lived in. No matter what she did, she couldn't shake them though. Running out of forest and into a meadow, she collapsed from exhaustion. N took over then, standing back up, she turned to face the pack behind her. What happened next defied the laws of nature themselves, and earned the meadow the nickname "Suicide Meadow", as nothing has ever survived entering the meadow since.

It was only a week later that Ade was transported here, wherever here is. Ade knows nothing of what she did, as N realized that knowing such a thing would break her other's mind, which was something she needed. N had washed off in a nearby stream, and had started walking away, never to be seen again.
